目前,康乐保公司在中国市场销售的主要产品有造口护理、伤口护理和失禁护理三大系列产品。

Indirect Procurement Supervisor/间接采购主管

Job purpose:

Implement procurement process and execute procurementprojects of indirect commodities like HR, Travel, Facility, Logistics.


Major responsibilities:
1. Supporting indirect purchases and business operations by understandingstakeholders’ needs and communicating sourcing policy.

2. Execute relative procurement activities, includingsupplier sourcing, qualification evaluation, vendor selection, pricenegotiation, contract implementation, and delivery audit etc.

3. Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholderson their questions or complaints, define some special demand and deliveroptimum benefits in pricing and levels of service.

4. Establish, develop and maintain good supplier base andensure the continuous improvement in terms of cost, delivery, quality andreliability

5. Provide customer-focused assistance to internalstakeholders, particularly in association with key projects and requirements,managing supplier qualification, assessing and validating the capabilities ofpotential vendors and approving as appropriate.

6. Make report of procurement on a regular basis.

7. Other task assigned by direct manager


Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years of experience with indirect procurement function in amultinational corporation especially on MICE, purchasing service etc.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, good customerrelationship management skill
4. Demonstrated ability to build strong networks and work in cross functionalenvironment with different teams.

1. Good knowledge of procurement principles, theories andprocesses.

2. Ability to organizes, influence and motivate others

3. Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines

4. Good analytical skills

5. Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiationskills

6. customer-focused, effective and responsive service

7. Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
